From what point do I need a formal security concept for my event?
Austrian venue-safety regulation requires a formal security concept above certain visitor numbers and depending on the venue. We assess this for you and produce the required concept, including staffing calculation, if needed.
How quickly can an event security team be arranged?
Short-notice deployment is possible for smaller events. For larger events requiring a formal security concept, we recommend a lead time of at least two to three weeks.
Do you also coordinate with authorities and emergency services?
Yes, coordination with police, emergency services and the event authority is part of our scope for larger events.
