Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Wächtergroup and its clients. Additional commercial details such as payment deadlines and contract terms are set out in the relevant individual order.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all contracts between WG Waechter Group GmbH ("Wächtergroup") and its clients for security services, unless otherwise agreed in writing for an individual case. Deviating terms proposed by the client do not apply unless Wächtergroup expressly agrees to them in writing.
2. Formation of contract
Offers made by Wächtergroup are non-binding. A contract is formed only upon written order confirmation or the actual commencement of service delivery.
3. Scope of services
The type, scope, and location of the security services to be provided (e.g. facility protection, reception services, event security, construction-site surveillance) are set out in the relevant individual order or service description.
4. Pricing & payment terms
The prices agreed in the individual order apply, plus statutory VAT at the applicable rate. Payment deadlines and due dates are agreed in the relevant individual order; where nothing else is specified there, statutory rules apply.
5. Term & termination
Contract term and notice periods are governed by the relevant individual order. Either party's right to extraordinary termination for cause remains unaffected.
6. Liability
Wächtergroup's liability is governed by applicable statutory provisions.
7. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For disputes with businesses, the courts at Wächtergroup's registered seat have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law. Should any provision of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
